1 PRODUCT INFO
1.1 IS OUR ALCOHOL GLUTEN-FREE?

ALL OF OUR SPIRITS ARE TRIPLE-DISTILLED.

The distilling process removes the gluten enzyme. Each time you distill it purifies the spirit more. 

RUMS - MADE FROM SUGARCANE

VODKAS - MADE FROM CORN
MOONSHINES - TENNESSEE/ MAPLE/ BACKWOODS/ KENTUCKY MADE FROM CORN
*may contain insignificant amounts of corn gluten (doesn't affect celiac)

*MAGNETAWAN, SMOKIN' GUN, AND NOTCH CONTAIN RYE*
Can contain small amounts of wheat gluten even after triple-distilling

Please note we don't officially label any of our products as Gluten-Free as our facility is not gluten-free. Please use your discretion based on the severity of your allergy/intolerance.

FO&C Red. No. 3 (Red food colour) - In Strawberry Cream

Please note all of our products may contain traces of these allergens as they are made in the same facility. Please use your discretion based on the severity of your allergy/intolerance.

1.3 IS YOUR BBQ SAUCE GLUTEN-FREE?

No, they are not. They contain a Worcestershire (not gluten-free) 

1.4 DO THE LIQUEURS NEED TO BE IN THE FRIDGE?

Before opening refrigeration isn't required but don't keep in a warm environment. After opening, keep refrigerated.

1.5 WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE LIQUEURS?

APPLE PIE - Recommended to drink within 6 months of opening or 1 year total from the date on the batch label

CREAMS - Recommended to drink within 3 months of opening or 6 months total from the date on the batch label

1.6 DO YOU TAKE BACK EMPTY JARS?

We do take back empty gallon jugs for a $2/jug credit off of your purchase. 

We do not take back empty mason jars/tetra packs, however, they can be taken to the beer store for a deposit or recycled. Alternatively, we encourage you to reuse/repurpose your mason jars as they are great for storage. Many customers have also used them for great craft/DIY projects!

1.9 WHAT IS THE BASE OF THE CREAMS / PERCENTAGE?

CORN BASE MOONSHINE 20%
We cannot max them a higher percentage (high-octane) as separation can occur

1.10 WHAT DOES PROOF MEAN?

PROOF IS THE OLD SCHOOL WAY OF IDENTIFYING ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE, ALC/VOL IS THE NEW WAY. 

PROOF IS DOUBLE % (80 PROOF = 40% ALC/VOL)

2.5 MISSING/WRONG ITEM IN MY ORDER
  • IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER AND THERE IS AN ISSUE PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS RIGHT AWAY! AND EMAIL US AT [email protected] PLEASE INCLUDE ORDER INFORMATION AND DETAILS OF THE ISSUE.
  • IF YOU ARE MISSING AN ITEM OR YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM PLEASE PHOTOGRAPH ALL ITEMS YOU RECEIVED SO WE CAN CONFIRM IT TO YOUR ORDER
2.6 RECEIVED ORDER - DAMAGED
  • IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, PLEASE SEND PHOTOS OF THE PARCEL DAMAGE IF POSSIBLE AND OF THE ITEM(S) DAMAGED SO WE CAN INCLUDE THESE IN THE DAMAGE CLAIM TO THE COURIERS AND TRY TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING IN THE FUTURE.

2.7 SHIPMENT DELAYED DUE TO DAMAGE
  • TYPICALLY, IF THE COURIER IS AWARE THAT A PACKAGE IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, THEY WILL REPACKAGE THE REMAINING ITEMS THAT WEREN’T DAMAGED AND CONTINUE THE DELIVERY TO TRY AND GET YOUR ORDER DELIVERED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. WE WILL THEN SHIP A REPLACEMENT FOR THE ITEM(S) THAT WERE DAMAGED WHEN WE GET CONFIRMATION OF WHICH ITEM(S) WERE AFFECTED. (Follow steps for Received Order - Damaged when you receive)
  • IF THE ENTIRE ORDER IS DAMAGED THEY WILL RETURN IT TO US OR NOTIFY US AND DISPOSE OF IT. IN THIS SITUATION WE WILL RESEND THE ENTIRE ORDER.
