This barrel aged maple syrup is perfect in your morning coffee or as an enhanced flavour on ice cream. Prior to aging our syrup for three months in two charred oak barrels, they were used to aged Copperhead Distillery's 4 year Aged Spiced Forgotten Rum. The combination of these two local flavours come together to create an exquisite maple syrup.
